yeah Whiteface is my home mountain. I will be there alot i broke my hand in three spots and was out for about two weeks then i just started riding with my cast with a huge ass glove over it.

Knee injury's suck!

so anybody out on shralp ever get a nasty knee injury? MCL, ACL, meniscus, sprains, anything that has put an end to your sredding? If so I'd like to hear about it. I'm goin through a MCL sprain thats goin on 4 months and still not back to normal . i'd love to hear some good tips on recovering from injurys.

My 1st self-made snowboard (hopefully) also, recomendation for camber for a twin / park board

I am Hoping very much to build my first snowboard. It's going to be a twin 152 (in theory..) I've really changed my riding the last 2 years and I kinda want to go back to went I rode a GNU Carbon I beam ( or some board ) 147.. it was just way smoother / softer / forgiving / flexing etc. I know.. 3 new snowboards (including this one) in 2 years.. all med/high end gear.. Well, specs and photos.

Money and Snowboarding

i live in yorkshire so its not exactly the greatest place to snowboard apart from the indoor slopes but even they are expensive, i cant afford a helmet, googgles, ski jacket, board, bindings, or boots yet! so im trying to get a job so i can go snowboarding at least once a month.. no luck so far
